Shoppers in Austria Buy More Organic Products in 2024
Purchases of fresh organic food have risen by 5.5%, reaching a record 260,600 tonnes, with the total value hitting €1.1 billion.

Around 27.5% of Austria’s farmland is organic, placing it second behind Liechtenstein, which has 43%, with Estonia in third place at 23.4%.
