Spain beat France to reach the Euro 2024 final in a thrilling encounter last night in Munich.
France took an early lead in the ninth minute when Randal Kolo Muani headed in a cross from Kylian Mbappé.
However, minutes later Spain made history when 16-year-old Lamine Yamal became the youngest Euro goalscorer with a sublime strike from outside the box into the top corner.
Spain continued to press, and in the 25th minute, Dani Olmo turned the game around when his shot across goal was inadvertently turned home by French defender Jules Koundé.
France scored just four goals in the tournament, with Kolo Muani’s opener against Spain the only one by a French player in open play.
Spain will now face either England or the Netherlands in the final in Berlin on Sunday.
